Attention to detail!The decoration is modern Moroccan style with attention to colours! The grounds are so well kept,big communal areas for every purpose. The staff was amazing!Youssef,the manager is a real treasure for the business and Khalid made the best refreshing mocktails. The property seems almost like a palace, where you can find small villas you stay in. The rooms are big with AC bathrooms are big too. Multiple towels are in the bathroom for swimming pool or for showers. There is no TV in the room but if you find a need for it, you can ask one of the guys Reda or Amine to bring one for you and by the way, the staff is really good and friendly. The property like I mentioned is really big. You can take a walk in it and enjoy the breeze, the chant of birds, the small a trees of olives, citrus and dates. There is a tennis court. The food is really good. There is no buffet and I only took the breakfast. The table is already set one of the guys bring you the breakfast. It's a mixed of Moroccan breakfast, including jam, honey, cheese, yogurt, Moroccan pancakes, or cakes, bread, and the choice of omelettes or normal eggs with cheese coffe tean and fresh orange juice. If you did want the lunch or the dinner, you can ask them to make it for you in advance. Conclusion, I really enjoyed it me and my wife. It was really amazing and we had such a relaxing time where we can forget about work, the crowded city and the big noises.

Since absolutely everything was perfect, our review sounds like it was generated by ChatGPT (see part two); therefore, here are a few very personal impressions to highlight the special class of the hotel (part one): Part one: we stayed with an 8-year-old child, and although the hotel isn't specifically marketed as a 'family hotel,' it was perfect for my son: the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. We were given carrots for the hotel's resident donkeys, and in the playroom, there was even someone to explain all the video games. A few other very special impressions: I was allowed to play piano at the bar, or rather practice 😉, the entire hotel complex smells heavenly, like something out of One Thousand and One Nights; the management is incredibly accommodating: we arrived a day later and did not have to pay for it (despite being way out of the refund time), room service was super fast. The sample pictures do correspond perfectly to reality: the architecture and craftsmanship are breath-taking (200 artesian worked for 10 years!), the garden is calm, magnificent and tasteful; all facilities are brand new and of the highest standard; the rooms and the hotel are extremely clean; the staff is incredibly warm, friendly, exceptionally well-trained and caring and attentive handling of children, any special request is fulfilled and made possible;

Loved my time here, The room: Exemplary. Large open rooms with plenty of storage space, comfortable beds, the shower pressure is perfect (a rarity) and the television can connect to all the main streaming services. Staff: Very understanding, helpful with directions and the room service was impeccable. Facilities: The spa service was well priced and thorough. The breakfasts ample and delicious and the restaurant's food was top notch. I give them the highest recommendation.
