Great communication from Claudia in advance of the trip. Also the pastries, water and wine on arrival were much appreciated. The apartment is perfect for a family, very well appointed, plenty of space, along with a lovely balcony and terrace. A special treat was watching fireflies behind the terrace at dusk! Great location for public transport, very convenient for access to/from the airport and into the city centre. Public Transport is free in Luxembourg and it's easy to navigate the buses, tram and trains. Luxembourg is a fantastic city and country with plenty of things to do and explore - we're looking forward to going back!

The beds were really comfortable, and there was a shower in the room which was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good and there were other meals available too in the restaurant for an affordable price. They had other recreational facilities as well like a small library, TV, foosball, table tennis, and pool table. Make sure to carry a small lock with you for the locker in your room since locks were not provided.
