The hosts and location of the property were amazing! The hosts gave us multiple travel recommendations and also made sure we were taken care of getting back to Colombo. I’d highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a more relaxed home stay villa.

Jude and Isuru are the most amazing hosts ever, they immediately made us feel like we were apart of their family, we booked for one night and ended up staying for two. We would have stayed longer if we weren't on a tight schedule. We all shared meals together, played heaps of games, had lots of Leo and Levi cuddles and heaps of great conversations. When we come back to sri lanka we will be staying with them again. Room was comfy with mozzie nets and a key for privacy. Jude gave us all the hotspots to visit around Unawatuna and also did a cooking class with us which was fun and the food was amazing. Sweetest host family, thank you so much for having us, hopefully see you all again in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Serenity Boutique Hotel in Unawatuna, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. The hotel is located in a stunningly beautiful location, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views. If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the perfect place to be. One of the things that really stood out to me during my stay at the Serenity Boutique Hotel was the exceptional staff. They were some of the best I've ever encountered in my travels, going above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. Especially after an unfortunate incident that happened to me, the owner made sure that everything was handled well, which I highly appreciate! Despite being a bit outside the main town of Unawatuna, I found this to be a real benefit. It provided a tranquil retreat away from the noise and crowds, allowing us to relax and unwind completely. That said, it's still close enough to the town that you can easily access all of the local attractions and restaurants. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Serenity Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation. The stunning location, exceptional staff, and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or on your own, this is definitely a destination worth considering.

Just wow - this little cabin was my favourite stay during the two-week trip across Sri Lanka. The wooden and stone design is charming and unique; the bed is super comfy, and everything was clean and new. The cabin is located close to the beach (a short walk or a tuktuk drive), but in a very quiet neighbourhood, so you can relax and get a proper sleep during the night. The yard is very beautiful with plants and flowers, and the owner is the kindest person ever. I was welcomed with a king coconut, could use the kitchen and washing machine free of charge, the home-made breakfast was scrumptious, and I got some valuable tips on what to see in Unawatuna. So yes - go and book your own little, magic cabin; you will love it, and it will make your stay in Unawatuna special! ☺️

Absolutely heart warming place to stay! Unbeliveably warm and welcoming staff, comfortable beds with mozzie nets, clean and pretty luxorious bathroom, calm and relaxing outdoor patio. Location close to all happening and beach but still quiet enough to just relax and get your holiday mood going. Many many thanks to the manager lady and all the staff on the premises for giving us the best possible welcome to sri lanka and giving us so much more that just good tips about restaurants and other things around. Will be happy to be back some day!

    Clean and good room with private big clean bathroom and balcony. Big shared living room with well equipped kitchen. Its calm, when no train(property is near railway). Good parking. Little describe property: there are 3 rooms(with bathrooms) on 2nd floor with shared living room and kitchen. Hosts live on 1st floor. Inside bedroom we didn't hear any sounds from 1st floor.(other rooms was empty).

    the place was awesome ! super clean,AC was good, bathroom is big and nice, there was mini kitchen in the room that was so helpful, has a mini refrigerator in the room. actually it’s a kind of a sweet room ! on the rooftop there is a dining area and you can see nice view from there ! free parking is also available. 100% worth the money !
