Everything was good from the staff to the room. The staff were welcoming and helpful especially Samith. The room was unexpectedly awesome! I love the high ceiling and size of the room. It was perfect! I wish I had more time in Negombo.

The owner's of this property are delightful, they go out of their way to help you. Lovely clean rooms, has everything you need. Really nice breakfast. Beautiful clean pool to cool off at the end of the day after site seeing. Would highly recommend this property for a stop over in Negombo

Everything was great! Very nice and new hotel. Room was huge and very clean. Nice common area. Owners were going an extra mile so everyone could feel welcomed and comfortable. Location also very good. And the price is pretty low.

We stayed at Mario Family Villa for our first night in Sri Lanka and what a warm welcome we got! Besides the great atmosphere, the accommodation has all you need. The house is very clean, the shower is warm and the airconditioning works perfectly. The kindness of the family is heart warming, they are very helpfull and the breakfast (coffee/tea, fresh fruit, 3 different pancakes) was delicious. If we could, we would defenitely stay here again! Thank you so much!!!

    Fantastic service. Lovely welcome. Free private transfer from airport. Really helpful staff. Danoushka (excuse spelling) was really helpful and brought us blankets and made us feel very welcome and cared for. Amazing pool, fun slide and another nice pool too. Delicious banana fritters.     - the location is on the beach with a great view - very good swedish buffet breakfast - we had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious - the roof bar has very good cocktails - the room was very clean - there is parking at the property - all the staff were very nice and friendly
