This place is truly excellent. The location is close to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The washroom was quite nice. There is parking in the compound. The gentleman who looks after the place is quite kind and helpful. He really went out of his way to help us in so many ways - doing the laundry, organising a taxi to the airport, making me so many cups of tea. Really an excellent experience.

well well well,,,actually i was a little hesitant to book this place at the beginning because it wanst many reviews on their plate but finally i have decided to go with it after seeing other places around the airport.and im so glad about my choice.as i was flying from europe it was a very long journey and this place just fantastic for your jetlag.the place is very very new and luxurious for money what i have paid.very clean rooms,bathrooms and the bed is so comfy.that was what exactly i needed,before hit the central highlands next day.the owner is super friendly guy and he was very helpful to plan my journey around sri lanka for 20 days.so informative and he even arranging tours too if that's your cup of tea.end of my journey from down south i came back again to this place before flying out the country.that was without a booking and i did the request through whatsapp.and decided to stay 2 days as there was a beach closed by named negombo.it wanst the best beach when compared to down south beaches but plenty of sun if you wants to.and with the owner i went to this sea food place which was so tasty, highly recommend.also if you need transport to airport any time of the day you can arrange that too.highly reccomend this place if you need a very good sleep before or after the trip in sri lanka.,,,see you next time :)

The property was very good. The surrounding area was also good. The people there were very nice. There was a very good arrangement. It was smooth. All the facilities were provided as per five star. The people were very nice, there was every kind of arrangement. I am sorry that such a property is so close and they dropped us at the station. They were so nice and had a very good environment. A wonderful, quiet place, close to the airport . With small luggage, you can take tuk tuk, which stop on the main road in front of the airport. Order in the app, 5-7 minutes drive. Quick answers before check-in. The rooms open onto a very beautiful garden where you can relax. You should stop here to continue then with new seeds. The hostess is very friendly. She met us at night, helped carry our bags and accommodated us. When she found out that we were hungry, she organized a light dinner, and in the morning she offered a breakfast before a long us journey. Her care at this moment is very timely and unobtrusive, as if we came to old friends. Thanks to her again. We slept well. The beds are new, the mattress is comfortable, the linen and towel is clean and smells delicious. There is water heating in the shower, a mini kitchenette. If I am in Sri Lanka, I will definitely stop again
