Amazing location and experience. Room was beautiful and they accommodated breakfast on the terrace which was very special and much appreciated. The tea factory tour was great and amazing pool.

Extremely nice accommodation and rooms! Very luxurious and comfortable! The staff is very friendly and wants to make your stay perfect! Bed is amazing and bathroom and whirlpool are awesome! We would definitely come back! Breakfast is also really good and a lot! Very clean! You could have a mosquitonet, but it's not needed. And there are blankets if it's getting cold! Good location - a short walk to the center. I recommend having dinner at the Themparadu restaurant!!!

Our one night stay at Cozy Heaven was lovely. The whole family was so nice, super happy to help us and we had great conversations. The room was absolutely perfect - cozy and had everything we needed. We slept so well in the bed. The food was AMAZING, their rice and curry is a must! Thank you so much, we will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and will also come back.

Roshan was indeed very accommodating and welcoming along with other staff, their service was really top notch. It’s a unique property, just few steps away from all the buzz. Cabana is truly amazing, every little detail is thought through. Gorgeous bathroom, with bathtub overlooking the little town and the mountains. Facilities- top class! Better than some 5* Hotels. But all of that would be nothing, without amazing Host, who met us with a biggest smile and was there every time we needed something. Food set up, quality is out of this world. Malinda, keep up good work! And we hope to see you soon.
