From the moment I arrived, my experience at Crown Regency was nothing short of outstanding. The staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We arrived to TK homes around 8pm in the evening after 12 hours of train ride and we were really tired that time. Once I opened the apartment door I saw a huge sofa and a tiny dining table in the living area which makes me more relaxed means it looks the same as my home. They have everything which you need. Very luxurious comfortable beds with attached super cleaned and shiny bathrooms. Plus they have an Electric kettle , a water filter, a hot plate , bread toaster , cooker with gas and etc. The price is also very reasonable and their service is more excellent than the money you paid for it. Food is also very tasty and you can order from their menu as well. And also the most important point is you will get free transportation from the railway station to the hotel and from the hotel to the station. Specially Mr. Prashan you really did a great job. Keep up the good work. Overall TK homes team exceeded our expectations without making even any kind of single mistake. I'm so excited to visit them again on my next vacation.

The location, the access road was such an adrenaline pump in a good way, the tranquility, secluded, the sound of the river at night, the food. I loved everything. I was supposed to check in at 18H00 but due to challenges with transport I arrived at 04H30am. The owner went out of his way to accommodate my situation and even arranged a Tuk Tuk.

We chose the place to take the train to Ella the next day. The host family is so loveable. Viraj provided us with food deliveries and recommended good restaurants. The room was clean with beautiful view into the forest. Finally, he drove us to the train station. Thanks!
