Jazz and his family were incredible hosts. Jazz is incredibly welcoming and a great conversationalist. His wife even made us a delicious dinner one night! The rooms were perfect. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the wifi was fast and reliable, the shower was hot and had great water pressure, and the desk, kettle, and mini fridge were incredibly convenient for a long stay. We had such a lovely time here that we extended our stay twice! I cannot recommend Tropicana enough. We definitely will be back next time we're in Arugum Bay!

You will truly relax here. The property is pretty much spotless and located just meters from the Indian Ocean, which means you can hear the waves ALL NIGHT. The staff is super attentive and thoughtful, from the caretakers to the bartenders to the management. I was also pleasantly surprised to find real Neapolitan pizza, a wide selection of Italian wines, and caffè corretto with Sambuca (!) – just when I started missing European flavors a bit ;) And if that wasn’t enough, the yoga classes first thing in the morning put you in a blissful mood. Would definitely come back <3

Beautiful cabana’s in a quiet and well maintained garden at almost a private bay. Great airco, ice cold private fridge in the room and even a fan on the terrace. Incredible friendly staff. Stay Golden is a beautiful and chill place to stay. We loved everything: the room, the pool, the food, the beach, the staff,... we even booked an extra night. It was wonderful. We booked a lagoon boat trip and a safari in Kumana National Park and we were amazed by the amount of animals we've seen. We took a yoga and a pilates class too. Would definitely come back here!!

This hotel is brand new, so everything feels clean, fresh, and modern. The facilities are excellent — each room has a lovely outdoor chill-out area, and the garden adds a nice relaxing touch. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
