It was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Special mention goes to the managers, who were exceptionally welcoming and cheerful, making the stay feel even more like home. The room was nice and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Their warm hospitality truly stood out and made my visit memorable. As soon as we were met at reception for our check in we had amazing customer service by Bilal. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, recommended restaurants, organised taxis for us and even coffees and beverages. Our room was cleaned perfectly and the air conditioning in the room was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!
