Being able to get a cup of ice. Excellent choice of amenities! Very clean. Easy check in and checkout. Wonderful breakfast, but maybe you could improve by offering a cold breakfast for those leaving early on day of departure. Perhaps something made up that can be eaten in the hotel room.

Also, one of the staff members (Mr Yamaguchi) was very helpful and friendly - the friendliest member of staff I met during my stay. The man in charge of parking was helpful and kind and helped the whole procedure run smoothly.

    Excellent hotel that is thoughtfully designed. One of our better stays in Japan. Hotel has paid onsite parking which was very helpful. Did not have the opportunity to try out facilities of hotel but loved our room.
