One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room and common areas were very pleasant. I had a very relaxing time at this hotel. The location is ideal, in downtown Aomori. The staff is attentive and answered my questions kindly. If I have the opportunity to return to Aomori, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The place was nice and clean. The kitchen had every implement I needed for cooking and the bed was very comfortable. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. The neighbors were nice, they help me get my luggage up.

We had a truly memorable stay at Nao’s traditional Japanese house in Aomori during our trip to Tohoku. The home was beautifully maintained, blending authentic charm with modern comfort. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood, yet conveniently close to the city center and local attractions. Nao was an exceptional host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with delightful gifts including local cider, juice, and even toys for both adults and our 5-year-old, which was such a lovely touch. Nao also helped us with transport by calling a taxi and provided great local recommendations that enriched our experience. The house itself was well-equipped and cozy, offering a perfect retreat after our daily adventures. We especially appreciated how it preserved the traditional Japanese aesthetic while ensuring all the essentials were available. We highly recommend Nao’s place to anyone visiting Aomori—whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or solo. It’s a perfect blend of hospitality, comfort, and cultural charm.

Very spacious and comfortable room with excellent shower facilities. Great location ( a short walk to the station), very good breakfast and assorted complimentary facilities. Closed to many shops, markets, restaurants and coffee shops. Very polite and helpful staff. Great parking services.
