Very comfortable room, amazing amenities - I loved the tea and coffee selection, as well as the beautiful ceramic tea set available, and having bath salts ready in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The common areas in the hotel were elegant, and the garden view from each floor added to the ambience.

The room was amazing! It was so spacious and very nicely decorated. The fridge and lounge was well stocked. Onsen was clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Loved my stay at Kurumiya, was definitely the highlight of my Japan trip.

Beautiful place. Everything was perfect - the room, the garden, the bath, small kitchen with pour over coffee maker. Chiyo-san was super helpful and kind - offered advice. We’ve rented bikes and had super refreshing trip into countryside. Our experience in Kanazawa was perfect thanks to this place. :)

Absolutely beautiful apartment with so much space. After 2 weeks in hotelrooms, it was so nice to have that much space. Bedroom with a lounge area, separate kitchen and bathroom area. Tv has netflix and was easy to set up. Bathroom is spacious and has the dryer setting in the wet area for your clothes. The beds were one of the best we've had. Not soft, futon isn't soft, but it supports very well and I personally loved the pillows with the buckwheathulls. The hotel is located near the main station, but it's tucked away in a quiet street.
