The room was very modern, has a chic aesthetic, clean and comfortable, and fitted with many great appliances. I really liked that there were two files provided, one containing all the manuals of all the appliances in the house for operation guides, and another for sightseeing and local food spot recommendations!

The Dormy Inn Kofu Marunouchi is located only a few minutes from the close train station. I don’t know where to beginn with, it has been an outstanding stay, as the hotel offers a variety of amenities: Close to the exceptional Onsen there is a „massage room“ with two massage chairs you can use. You can rent a huge choice of mangas, while sitting in one of those chairs. After every stay in the Onsen you can have a free ice cream and the hotel offers every night for every hotel guest a free portion of Yakisoba noodles. We also like to thank the warm service of every staff we encountered and their help with our 宅急便. I hope that we will be back soon in the near future.

The rooftop onsen needs to be highlighted. Serene setting with a nice view, lots of amenities, free ice bars and massage chair - the onsen is on par with that of a ryokan. Twin room has a good size, double rooms are smaller but still decent. Kind and competent staff. Great breakfast, with many local options. Good free noodles for an evening snack. Overall, great value for money.

    Staff very kind, alll was ok but standard in this price should be higher.. Car park was full and had to park a bit away from hotel, but at least was free 👌 Breakfast maybe not a big selection but fair enough and suits us. All depends who like what. Was a bit continental and Japan style.

    The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, making extra efforts to assist with our limited Japanese. The location was convenient, the parking facility very good, and the breakfast very good value. The extras offered were generous and useful, allowing for instance for a "stand alone" shower which was most appreciated. Probably the best "business class" hotel we have stayed in during our 20 trips to Japan!

    Clean, new, tidy, great design, amazing renovation. Great bathing amenities. Toilet seat and bath tub are new and absolutely comfortable. Washing machine is convenient. Parking lot is right in front of the house.

    The staff were friendly and helpful. The tatami room was so comfortable and we loved it. Great location and good to have car parks available in front of the hotel. We all liked the Japanese-style breakfast but it would be great if there was toast available as well. Overall we loved our stay and we would come back again.

    Very good breakfast. The staff is very friendly. The clerk in the parking lot helped me secure my bicycle. Smooth check it. Spa seems nice, although I didn't use it. Laundry facilities are clean and a welcome extra. Nothing I have to complain about, really. The hotel is quite modern and in good condition. Well kept and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot.
