The receptionists were business like, efficient and cool but I didn't feel a friendly warmth. There are amenities in the lobby with disposable slippers, socks, toiletries and guests umbrellas were brought out as it started to rain. There's an open air onsen on the top floor with an infinity pool looking out to the sea.
