Absolutely outstanding stay in Nagasaki. The location was perfect — central, convenient, and ideal for exploring the city. The apartment itself was immaculately maintained with exceptional facilities that made the stay feel both comfortable and luxurious. What truly set this accommodation apart, however, was the incredible hospitality. The team were remarkably flexible, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate every request with efficiency and care. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nagasaki — a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish. 1. From pre-arrival to departure, personalised service was extended all the time. I appreciated the hotel response to my inquiries prior to our arrival. Swift responses with details at any time. 2. Public Onsen was Tatami floored and was fun experience. I am not a big fun of raw fish, but "Kaisen-don" which raw fish topped bowl rice was so delicious.

The night view was amazing! It’s basically on the other end of the famous Nagasaki night view. Driving up to the space could be quite difficult for some (very steep drive up!). The place had everything we needed for a 2 nights stay.

Loved the location, the room, the gym and the staff. It is an unusual hotel by Japanese standards, a converted convent beautifully converted. The staff went an extra mile to help us. Very convenient for the Glover gardens.
