A unique hotel, simple, cosy rooms - caves but with an incredible atmosphere. Clean bathrooms, good breakfast and nice, helpful stuff.

Lovely location and great bubble tents, best of all, very spacious and fantastic facilities with hot water, air conditioning and heating that works very well. Wonderful team and management, especially the taxi staff Mohammad. The team are very well organised and communicate fast, well and ensured that we had an enjoyable stay constantly checking in. Free bottled water, tea and coffee was included in our stay, and we found the accomodation very well kept. We were allowed to check in early which we were very grateful for, and enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the venue buffet style, both of which were delicious and plentiful with many options, I was even able to eat with my gluten free restriction. Management and the team looked after all of our needs, constantly checking in to ensure we were happy. We enjoyed a relaxed stay, which was nice and quiet, and we were able to easily walk to little petra together and get a taxi out to petra for only 7JOD. The in house taxi team is the best, and only charge you what is necessary unlike other taxis in the region. On our last day we had a very late flight, and our taxi driver Mohammad gave us the best experience for our last day on checkout, taking us to see the dead sea on our way to the airport, and showing us a local, delicious and very well priced restaurant for afternoon lunch, he also got us to the airport on time, minimising our wait time for the long travel ahead which was super helpful, displaying the best customer service we were incredibly impressed for the day trip and timings - Thank you!!

A truly unforgettable stay. Dana Horizon Hotel offers more than just accommodation—it’s a full cultural and nature experience. The rooms are clean and cozy, the views are stunning, and the traditional food is delicious and made with care. What stood out the most was the guided hikes to Dana Reserve and Wadi Ghuweir, where we explored breathtaking landscapes with knowledgeable local guides. The staff is exceptionally friendly and dedicated to offering a genuine and memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, authenticity, and adventure.

This hotel has amazing views in a perfect location. The staff are extremely welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. It is a family run business and feels very homely. The room was very clean and we couldn’t ask for better facilities given the remoteness of the area. We did the Wadi Ghuweir Tour with Ahmed and it was an amazing experience. The hike and the views are out of this world and Ahmed was a brilliant tour guide who provided a lot of laughs and good fun along the way! He was the driver, guide, cook and cleaner the trip and nothing was a problem for him. He made us feel very safe at all times, and is truly a wonderful person. Do not think twice and booking this property. Although we didn’t visit any of the other hotels in Dana, it looked to be the best one in the area from what we could see driving/walking through the village.

we want to thank you for the beautiful experience you offered us. we are very simple people, looking for authentic places, and staying at your house was our most authentic experience. we wish you good health and strength to continue the traditions of your places and good health to your children. the experience with you was the most beautiful chapter of our story in Jordan. the feeling I had when I left the room in the morning and saw the landscape that surrounded us took my breath away to the fullest. we also want to tell you that you offered us the best breakfast I ate in Jordan, authentically traditional but also beautifully arranged on plates. we are only sorry for the short time we had for this experience, but you are first on the list when we return. thank you very much and for all

5 star Jordanian food. Waleed the manager arranged for us to have a true Jordanian lunch, dinner and breakfast which was absolutely amazing.

The place is a corner of paradise. Nature all around. The staff is beyond hospitality. They made us a delicious dinner and breakfast! This place is a must when visiting Dana!
