Eating breakfast whilst watching the windsurfing was a perfect start to the day. Ample free parking which is such an added bonus. The rooms are spotless and we were made to feel so welcome by the hosts . I love the italian people and the hosts lived up to that expectation. They were welcoming, kind and encouraging as I tried to speak italian to them ( not well I may add ). Definitely want to go back to experience it all again... The location of the hotel is close to Lecco, half an hour from Como. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was at the highest level.
