The owner was very nice, helpful, and friendly. Everything was clean, and she served us an Italian breakfast in the morning. Please note, this is a room in the house where the family lives. This means no privacy. You are with the whole family in the same rooms like the kitchen and lounge. The peaceful quiet area and the air conditioning in the room were extremely pleasant.

Great appartment, all comforts, 2 bathrooms. Self check-in, so we didn't meet the host, Giada, but she contacted us before we arrived, giving all the information, so everything went smoothly. After we've checked out, we realised we had forgotten to take something from the appartment, we texted Giada again and she would make it possible for us to come back and collect our things. We were really impressed, thank you so much, Giada!

Super friendly host, flexible and kind. Was waiting for us at arrival, showed us around and offered help where needed. Offered to do some shopping before our arrival. A true gem, literally on beautiful, historical Piazza Ducale. Meticulously renovated palazzo building with amazing attention to detail. We stayed in the Federico Barbarossa, a wonderful and very comfortable duplex apartment with all the amenities you’ll ever need, both for short time and longer stays. We travel a lot and have to say that it’s rare to find a place where everything comes together like it does at No30 Charme. The host (grazie Giorgio!), the apartment, the building, the location and the surroundings just give you an outstanding value for money!
