I booked this hotel at 11:00 pm after Booking suddenly canceled my previous place and owner Affittacamere Dormire Caldi waited for us until 11:59 pm until we arrived. This circumstance for me outweighs all shortcomings that can be found in the hotel.

The host was very helpful and welcoming. Room was nice and clean, wooden furniture, there's a well equipped shared kitchen, we also had a small fridge in our room. Great location, next to a small road (not many cars), perfect for exploring the belluno area and dolomiti bellunese. House has a small yard with some garden furniture and a hot tub you can use which was nice. Breakfast is simple, nice if you don't want to prepare it yourself (there's a supermarket 5 mins drive away).

This place was very nice experience for me. Is a typical Italian house with everything that you need. It has a huge yard with waterfall and mountain views over the Dolomites. We choose this house as a starting point for Alta via 1. The hosts were very very nice and polite with us. They've prepared for us a tasty breakfast with some italian music in the background. Also they help us with a ride until the staring point on our trail. I will definitely came back here.
