Easily our FAVOURITE accommodation during our month long Europe trip. Everything was perfect. Maria is a God sent angel to us. Unfortunately Santiago was not well when we were there so we didn’t get to meet him. His superwoman wife, Maria, greeted us upon check in (late in the evening 7pm!) and showed us to our beautiful room. You can watch the sunrise and sunset in the room! We LOVE the shower area. So tastefully designed and we had one of the best showers there! We didn’t have a rental car with us as we’re not used to driving on the ‘wrong’ side of the road. We only spent two nights (and reaaaaally wished we spent MORE!!) at Sole, and Maria looked after us like her own kids! Making sure that we were not out of food at any time 😂 Even dropped us to town for lunch and also made us this delicious plate of aperitivo (which was honestly enough for two meals lol). And don’t even get me started on breakfast!! IT IS THE BEST!! Maria makes the best cakes!!!! And having it in the courtyard makes all the difference. Really wished we had spent more time there. And all the animals were just a great fun to be around with , especially Nina. Thank you again for such a delightful stay at Sole.

A fantastic stay. The host, Ana, was remarkably kind and helpful. The breakfast was delectable and made with local, fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the weather and the view while eating breakfast outside. If you're seeking for a site from which to visit towns and villages in the Val D'Orcia, the location was ideal. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view. The restroom was incredibly tidy and equipped with everything you would need.

Roberta was a wonderful host. We had to change our itinerary at the last minute and arrived a few hours later than expected. She immediately offered to pick us up at the train station and take us to the apartment. She then helped us to arrange transportation to get to a rehearsal dinner outside of the city. A lovely stay at Agroturismo Mocine! Located amid truly heavenly scenery, the hospitality was warm and inviting. We enjoyed breakfast very much. Though dinner was not served the night we stayed, we loved the restaurant (Le Torre) that Valero recommended on the grounds of a nearby Abbey. Our only regret was that the next morning was foggy, so we didn't get a farewell view as we journeyed on. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
