The staff in the hotel was amazing. Our TV was not working, gentleman at the reception changed our room quickly and was helpful al our stay. Thanks a lot! The breakfast was goos, very tasty, variety of food. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, was not noisy. Transfer from the hotel to airport was easy to book, the driver was awesome, very helpful.

The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. All the facilities were top-notch. The sauna, pool, and gym were fantastic, and there were many seating areas all over. The beauty salon and hairdresser were also great to have on the premises. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious and had everything we needed.

Administration and staff of Mimmo very helpful and friendly. Upon arrival I was helped to get luggage upstairs. Emphatic environment and service, respecting privacy. Very clean hotel, friendly and efficient staff. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and, despite being by the motorway, it was very quiet (so much so, I slept until 2pm!). Great shower. Cold water dispenser on all floors and a small vending machine in reception. Good secure parking. Excellent location, just 15 mins from Bergamo airport (I used it as a hub to go to concerts at Lake Garda and Milan).

One of the few passable hotels reasonably close to Bergamo airport. Not bad as such but also not great. Free parking is a bonus

Although the hotel is not in an interesting area, it's a good alternative if you came to Bergamo by car since it has free parking and it's a 10 minutes drive to the city. Great breakfast too.
