While the initial setting may attract attention, the experience is quick to adapt. The garden stretches 45 meters long and the pool is about 16 meters long, a considerable advantage, especially for a morning swimmer like me. The Piedro apartment offers generous space, including a bedroom of approximately 40 square meters and a main room of approximately 80 square meters, with a more compact kitchen area. Dinesh, the property manager, demonstrated exemplary hospitality and always ensured our comfort. On Sunday, we spent most of the day enjoying the pool. Dinesh and Antonio (the owner) kindly offered us a light snack and a bottle of white wine, which was particularly appreciated given the heat.

It was a little oasis in the middle of a quiet town but very easy access to Lecce and the surrounding tourist towns. The pool area was beautiful and whilst shared with the owner and one other apartment it tended to be private and very quiet and comfortable. The owner and the host Dino were both most hospitable and welcoming.

The hotel is right in the historic center of Lecce, free parking is about a 15 minute walk. The owner communicates very well with instructions before arrival and check-in is quick and pleasant. The common areas (dining room) are nicely and tastefully decorated and have a pleasant smell. The room was fantastic - amazing bed, fast and reliable wifi, huge bathroom and again very pleasantly and elegantly decorated. The breakfast was very good and the owner and staff are very kind and helpful. When we go to the south of Italy again, this will 100% be our choice again.

The room was very clean. They also offered breakfast to us even they did not mention on Booking.com. The location was excellent because it was closed to the train station and the historic center. The host also provide room cleaning service on the third day of our stay!

The place is incredible, the team’s welcome is lovely, and we feel right at home. The historic Renaissance palazzo is stunning. The room is spacious and very beautiful, and the place is very quiet even though it’s located on the pedestrian street. We enjoyed the garden to read and relax, the dinner was excellent — I highly recommend it — and the breakfast was delicious. We will be back, thank you.

Great location close to the old town. Very well equipped with a lovely little balcony. Host was exceptionally accommodating and provided early access after we travelled up from Leuca having completed the Camino del Salento.
