The view is amazing, the restaurant of the hotel and the staff as well. You can walk and do very nice trails from the hotel. Not touristic at all, we enjoyed it a lot

Great host, awesome place, we had a picnic on balcony, host came to meet us, nice free parking in walking distance. Everything was top class, like in 5 stars hotel rather then rental. Highly recommended.

Spent 5 days with Luciano & Pia at their beautiful house. Very welcoming couple who provided every comfort. The rooms were big, very comfortable & spotlessly clean. We enjoyed some evenings in the lovely garden, so relaxing after days of exploring the amazing area. The train into the mountains of Switzerland is quite an experience & close to this location. Lake Maggiore is 5 minutes drive away. Everything you could need is close by. We can't wait to go back in September.

The hotel is absolutely stunning! We had a room facing the lake and it was amazing. Huge room with a sitting area, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom and bedroom with big closets. We also had a private balcony overlooking the lake.

We loved everything about this gorgeous property. Wonderful! Martina is a fantastic host. Our room had a picture window with a great view of the mountains and lake. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved the little communal kitchen area that we could pop into to grab some snacks and a beer (write what you had and pay Martina later). The breakfast was immense! Martina cooked for us and the food was delicious - a real treat. We were on a 2.5k mile road trip from UK and car parking was safe and easy to find (follow Martina’s directions not satnav). We were sad to leave this property but Martina gave us great advice on where to stay next and where to visit on the lakes. We feel very lucky to have found this gem of a place.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel in Armeno, nestled amidst the tranquil mountains. The fresh mountain air and breathtaking views added to the charm of the location. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was unforgettable. We had no trouble reaching all the beautiful romantic sights, either by foot or by car. Our four-day stay was filled with delightful surprises. The love and attention to detail that went into creating this hotel were evident in every corner. The owner and the entire team went out of their way to ensure that we had a memorable experience. The evenings spent in the cozy restaurant were particularly special, catering to the taste of gourmets. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and romantic holiday. This is the prefect place to spend the weekend or even longer. Julie and Alexis did an amazing job in renovating this beautiful Italian house in this cute little village near Lake Orta. The breakfast was amazing with home made jam and bread, cookies etc. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfy. They thought of pretty much everything there. And Julie and Alexis are beautiful hosts. Thanks so much for having us.
