Location uphill in a very peacefull town with nice view. Ornella is a wunderfull host, we got great personal suggestions for skiing and by default there is suggestions for hikes. The apartment is superclean, spacious, has 2 full bathrooms, the kitchen is nice to use and spacious. When outside around 0 C, we were warm inside. Seperate entrance and private parking spot. Nice balcony(only for warmer days ofcourse :) )

Location is perfect. Very central in Menaggio but not noisy at all. I stayed in apartment 1, a one bedroom apartment which was more spacious than I expected. Everything worked properly and was very clean. Kitchen had a Nespresso machine and 4 capsules ready for use. Fridge had a 1.5 litre bottle of water and a bottle of white wine. There was also a Bialetti coffee maker and everything else you might need for a week or two stay. WiFi was excellent and easy to connect (by scanning a QR code) and there was a smart TV which was able to connect to YouTube, Netflix and Prime. There were even umbrellas in the common hallway for guests to use on rainy days. The staff were very responsive and friendly. Serena was the person I met and she was very helpful and had very good English. I had a small plumbing problem on the first day of my stay and it was sorted out later that same day when I was out and about. Also, Serena arranged getting a taxi for me in the last day of my stay at short notice. All in all, one of, if not the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended.

The hosts have been very friendly at all times. They have taken care of our check-in and have helped us every time we had doubts. The place is beautiful, large, ideal for families or friends because it has large common spaces and rooms as well. It has a very nice park and a fully equipped kitchen to cook if you wish. The property is beautiful. The house was clean. The bed was really comfy. The kitchen is good with everything that you need to cook. The terrace was gorgeous. The view to the lake is stunning. Bellagio center was 5 minute by car and about 15 min by walk. The property had a parking spot which was nice. Supermarket is like 2 minute away by car. We had a really great stay at the house. The host is very kind and helpful as well.

    The location is secluded and has a stunning view. The breakfast area has a view over lake Como and has a reasonable selection (toast, croissants, some meats/cheese, eggs, sweets, fruits, and yoghurt. The staff is nice but can sometimes be not present because I think everything is run by 1 person. Hotel has a private parking lot that has room for about 7-8 cars I’d say. Across there is street parking.

    It is a little bit far from the lake, but it is quite a village with a wonderful view to the lake. On the first floor is the restaurant. The rooms are a little bit old but really clean and well maintained. No complains. The staff was very friendly all the time. Free parking.
