I managed to get a very good low season deal on this place for my 2 day/1 night trip to Lake Como. It was a bit of a gamble booking somewhere with no reviews on Google or here, but I’m really glad I did. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen has lots of facilities for cooking your own meals, and the balcony has uninterrupted views of the lake as promised. Bonus points for the vintage decor and big TV in the living room also :) The village of Nesso is also well worth checking out - if you don’t have a car, it’s on the C30 bus line between Como and Bellagio. Overall would highly recommend for families, couples and solo travellers alike.

Nesso is amazing, the owner is kind, easy to reach. apartment location is amazing for someone with car or by food but had to be fit, 5 minutes from the bus station and 10 minutes from the boat station! Good for couple for short stay!

Well equipped apartment. The apartment is very nicely decorated, very quiet and clean. The location is excellent. Nearby there is a cafe, and a rocky beach. The owner is available online. Can answer or suggest if there are difficulties with the gate or the door (it opens online, without "classic" keys). He also gave us some great places to visit. Unfortunately, I did not have a signal on my phone, and the Internet in the apartment was weak. Perhaps it is good, because it was possible to relax, and not sit on the phone and online :) For some, this may be a minus, but for us it was not a minus.

The hosts are exceptionally nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, probably even recently renovated. The breakfast was way beyond expectations, definitely hotel level with plenty of options to choose from. Location is really peaceful, quite away from the main road, perfect for relaxing - 45 minutes away from Bellagio, 30 minutes from Como. The small little village with narrow streets feels very cozy, very authentic - loved our time there. Definitely would recommend.

The bed is amazing with orthopedic matress will make you sleep like a baby ;) Marina and her daughter were very helpful during our stay. The place is super clean and smells lovely.     Fantastic apartment, spacious with glorious views over the lake. Owners responded quickly and the flat had everything we needed. It was a lovely touch to provide coffee and a welcome bottle of prosecco. It's not easy to find somewhere that provides parking in this region and although it was narrow we managed fine in our large SUV. It was also a lovely surprise that it had lake access as I hadn't seen that as part of the description. Overall a perfect family stay!

    I stayed in the property with wife and 2 kids, and we were very comfortable. We loved the interior and furnishings. The owner is very kind and gives good advice about what to do in the area. The location is also great, a short walk to the Nesso town center where there are restaurants and access to public transportation. The property has free parking, which was great as we were driving. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when we are back in the area.
