One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! The building and the gardens are beautiful, and it's just in front of the lake, which just adds magic to the overall experience. The staff, from the reception, to the restaurant and spa area, they're all amazing. When we arrived, we were offered the opportunity to check the room before settling in and we were offered the upgrade from a junior suite to a bigger suite with a balcony, since we were really hoping to have one. The room (actually, rooms, since we visited the other one as well) was amazing! Very spacious, very modern, clean, and high tech. You can control the blinds and lights from LCD panels, the bathroom is awesome and the bed was so, so comfortable (we slept extremely well!)! The pool was amazing, and the indoor spa also worth a visit (we had a great time there, especially one day, when it rained for hours and we felt like staying at the hotel). And, once again, everything feels new, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was also very, very good, with different options from the basic buffets you usually find at other hotels; I especially appreciated the fruit, very fresh and well chosen. We were extremely pleased with our stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at the Como Lake region. You can hire a boat from the hotel, but there's also the public port nearby if you want to go to Bellagio or Varenna, for example. There are also some restaurants nearby (but not a lot, some are just cafés or bistros with light snacks, but not appropriate for dinner), but you always have the hotel's restaurant if you prefer (we asked for room-service once, and the food was very good). A 5-stars hotel that definitely looks and feels like it. Very well impressed and we would certainly come back! 👌

Very modern apartment, rotatable armchairs were so comfy, loved them! Supermarket and Bus station right nearby was perfect! Also helpful: gloves for dishwashing. We enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend!

A truly lovely stay. I especially enjoyed the small stream behind the house – the sound of flowing water added a special charm and peaceful atmosphere. The owner and staff were so incredibly nice and did everything they could to make our stay better. We had dinner in the garden one of the nights and we honestly felt like royalty. The rooms are spacious and clean and had a spectacular view over the lake. There was parking for our car. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place!

    Benedikte and Tobias are wonderful hosts and people. They met me at the car park and helped me with my bags to Casa ToBe. They have a tremendous place that is a perfect combination of modern with traditional style. All facilities are clean and very comfortable. Parking was great. Most of all, the hosts were great and far exceeded expectations.

    This was the first stop on our 6-day trip around Como and Garda and we couldn't have chosen a better place to start. The views from the room are breath-taking and the walk to Menaggio was very pleasant. The bed was big and very comfortable, the room and bathroom were very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and the free parking was a huge bonus.

    Staff very welcoming and nice! Breakfast and Dinner available at the hotel. Breakfast is very good as well as the dinner! The room is spacious with lake view terrace (Unfortunately rained all stay and we enjoyed it just a little). We had shutters to block 100% the light, I loved it. The hotel has car parking lot. The hotel is 20 min walking up from the city center, maybe not good for everyone.

    Great location. Decent size. Free parking on the street out the front but didn’t use the car as parking was hard to get. In the car park opposite they have paid and unpaid parking. The white lines around the park spaces mean it’s free. Blue lines means you pay. Comfortable beds.

    Very good location, a few minutes from Menagio center with free parking nearby. The very friendly owners did an excellent job turning an old stable into a fully equiped, convenient (and spotlessly clean) holiday home, which is located in a quiet little street. Also if you have any questions during your stay, the owners are quick to answer via Whatsapp.
