This hotel is beautiful, and is only a 5-minute car ride away from the city center of Marzamemi. The hotel is new, the pool area is very serene, the breakfast is of good quality and the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. I had a room on the upper floor with a large terrasse and a view on the sea, it was amazing to wake up to this view.

The host was lovely and warm. We asked for hand soap which was delivered straight away. The room is comfortable except the pillows were very uncomfortable. The location was close enough to the centre of town however not in the most picturesque area.

The prefect spot to see the south-east part of the island and chill for a few days. Carmelo takes very good care of you, great host! The place is very nice, with all the appliances you need and more. All is working, it’s clean, comfortable and very quiet.

    The apartment was clean and newly built. All the appliances and furniture were new. The location was great- close to beach and restaurants. Parking was ideal, with a private parking lot. The host was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Overall, a great experience.

    The flat is spacious, comfortable, recently decorated, with air-conditioning throughout, close to the old town center, just outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) with parking lots a few minutes walk. The owner is welcoming and made everything possible to make us enjoy our stay. The large decked terrace makes it possible to stay outside even during the hottest hours of the day. And for art lovers, the property is decorated with modern portrait paintings and artsy photography.

    This small hotel offers very modern, clean and beautifully finished rooms. Location is excellent - very short stroll to the restaurants/shops area of Marzamemi. Convenient street parking available in front of the hotel or in the very large public parking nearby. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Will surely re-book this hotel if we return to Marzamemi,
