The host made sure we had a variety of items for breakfast from pastries to ham and cheese, fresh bread, fresh fruit. Very thoughtful. The host showed us around the apartment, which had everything we could possibly need from WiFi to hairdryer, iron, etc. He also made sure we knew we could turn the heating on as, despite the lovely sunny weather temperatures were still dropping considerably at night. And as a family we loved the space and privacy. Could not praise it enough. Strongly recommend

The apartment was just as it is on the photos. The host met us in front of the building, gave us the keys and explained everything. There was a variety of treats for the breakfast (including gluten free options) and all the supplementary things like oil, salt and everything you need for cooking if you wish. There was also a milk included which I didn't expect since most properties don't include it with coffee. The host was very helpful and nice, the property was clean, and the parking in front of the building was free and there was space to park.

This was our first visit to Italy, and it was a wonderful and memorable experience. We were very lucky with our choice of accommodation — the place was excellent, clean, and comfortable with no issues at all. Nice staff at the reception and on the territory. Everything is comfortable in the rooms - pillows/mattress/shower/balcony/view. There is an elevator. Free transfer to the center of Como and paid transfer to/from the airport. Excellent area with sun loungers by the pool. There are additional beach towels in the room. The staff carried the luggage to the room - now very few hotels offer such a service.

We stayed just for one night, but everything was great! The apartment was clean, cozy, and located in a quiet area about 10 minutes by car from the lake. The hostess was very responsive and kind, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. A lovely short stay — we would definitely come back again! Thank you!

    Very big and nice apartment, five beds, two bathrooms and a big kitchen! The breakfast was nice and the owner very helpful. Only 15mins drive to Como. The apartment was very clean, the bathrooms could do a bit more detailed cleaning but it was ok. Private parking space was offered.

    Loved sitting out on the balcony. Great parking facilities. Daniele left us all sorts of things for breakfast the next day. Really impressed. 2 bathrooms too which was great for 2 couples. Would definitely recommend.

    House is very nice. Great space and very comfortable. Nice kitchen, dining room and TV room. It is very easy to access, and there is a place for parking. Also, sr. Daniele is wonderful person. He provided juice, bread, sweets, and made us very comfortable in the house. Check-out also was very easy. We only left the keys in the mailbox. Very convenient because we left earlier in the morning. Thanks for your care!!!
