Me and my daughter enjoyed our short stay. Stefano was very welcoming and the accommodation was lovely, fun, bright, modern ,clean and comfortable. The shower was A-mazing!!! and massaged as you shower!! The breakfast was a very sweet breakfast, mini chocolate crossants and pastries which my daughter liked. There was cereal options of cornflakes also and yoghurt and fresh mini juices, which I thought were really cute. I liked how it was presented and the breakfast tasted nice. Stefano and his dad went that extra mile driving me and my daughter to the station(valmontone) as I didnt have a car as the walk was too far for us and even picked us on our return from our days in Rome. We greatly appreciated this as we didn't realise the distance.

It was my first time in B&B apart. The room and everything was very clean and it was nice. Breakfast is the one more surprise (It's difficult to find some meal which you can't try during that breakfast The view from the room with the terrace is nice ANd special thanks for the owner and family. My wish is to rate with 12 from 10 🌹it is not simple b&b ..This property is beautiful Villa - real "Pearl" near Roma. Very clean, comfortable. Big room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchen- if somebody need. EXCELENT attentions from owners. Thanks to Roberto and his wife- you feel there like at houme. Classic music during breakfest. I got my omlete finaly.. sooooo good 👌 after 12 days traveling it was my first omlet. Thank you ! Near is beautiful lake..just 10 min. Roma - very easy - 54 min, Restorants around. When you arrive to property for enter there you must drive little bit up on the hill through the very old beautifull road which open you new expierence Will return 💯.

We had such a warm welcome and the location and view was incredible from our balcony. Rocco Massima has such an authentic feel, so high on a hill with panoramic views and so pretty at night too! The room was super clean and comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was delicious and oh so tasty! Amazing homemade cakes, muffins, Granola etc. The plum jam was memorable! This was a perfect first night in Italy and a must stay BnB in a must see location.

Stefano and Francesca are the most welcoming and warm hosts you can imagine. We arrived late in the afternoon and he welcomed us with a glass of wine. The room has everything you need and a lovely view. Breakfast was perfect with homemade sweets and scrambled eggs. Definitely recommend this place!
