I liked the whole experience from the booking to check out. Giacomo the host was very professional, friendly and willing to assist. very flexible with check in times. We stayed at Nautilus B&B Suite Design for 8 nights in early June and again for 9 nights in late June 2025. We travelled from Australia to visit family in Italy. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff, Cristiana, Lorena, and Cristiana are always so welcoming, friendly and caring. We looked forward to breakfast every morning where we were always greeted with smiles and lovely conversations. There are many choices available for breakfast and we can honestly say that our breakfast here was delicious and our favourite meal of the day. I often chose pear juice, a croissant full of custard cream, blueberry yoghurt, scrambled eggs on toasted Tuscan flatbread and a cappuccino. Much more than I eat for breakfast at home but it was always so good, I couldn’t resist. We were also provided with as much bottled water that we wanted everyday. After returning for our second stay later in June we were so warmly welcomed back. We felt like we were coming home to family. Our accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We loved being able to control the air conditioning temperature of our living area and our bedroom independently. We also loved the rainfall and waterfall shower with the many tiny colour changing lights in the shower ceiling. If we return to Italy, we will definitely stay here again. Everything about this property is perfect, especially the owner and her staff who will do anything to make your stay comfortable and really enjoyable.

The whole team did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible! Starting with a warm welcome at the front desk, personal greeting at the restaurant, a cosy room with golf view, an amazing Spa, motivating golf trainer... I could go on for hours. We travelled a lot and we have to say that the whole team lives customer service at its best. The find the right balance between service and privacy. The key here is, that the do it with heart! Starting from leadership and lived throughout the team. Last but not least, the restaurant and food is extraordinary. This is high class cuisine!
