Everything, dealt with Isabella by whatsapp message, she was extremely helpful and kind. The apartment has all facilities as advertised. Right in the city center of Udine, 2 parking spaces are a great plus. Isabella allowed us to leave the car until couple hours after checking out. That was a must. 100% recommended. This was the best stay we have so far ever. Stefania is the nicest person in the world, she was looking after us as we are family. The room was super clean and nice. The pool is clean and big, perfect for kids. The garage for bikes even has a pump and some spares, with possibility to change ebikes. The breakfast was super delicious and Stefania even obtain some gluten free cakes for the children. When we were leaving she even prepared a sandwiches for the trip. If you are on the Alpe Adria this is the best place to stay. If we are coming again we will definitely choose this place. Thank you Stefania you are greatest.

    Friendly neighbors. Free parking. Quiet location. We got free capsule coffee, muffins, bottled water and chocolate candies. Big closets with some needed stuff. We didn't cook but it seems like there was everything needed for it.

    The environment was very safe and nice. The apartment was very spacious in a very quiet location, not far from shops. The apartment was clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was no problem with parking. There was a large refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher in the apartment.
