Beautiful area and hotel itself, nice and clean room, nice outside area (in the backyard) where you can eat breakfast or just chill, close bus station (2-3 min), Lidl store (1 min). So all needed in very close proximity. Very nice staff - informed us about how to get to Venice, the closest cafe (perfect cafe - pizzeria Color), they have bus and vaporeto tickets to get to Rome.

Lucia, our host, was so warm, welcoming and helpful. Everything was perfect - the room and ensuite bathroom were delightful and well equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Lucia also gave us vouchers for coffee and croissants just around the corner and we used them on the morning that we left. This mainland accommodation is just down the road from two regular buses that take you straight to Venice in about 10 minutes.

We stayed for two nights. Clean room and bathroom and comfortable bed. Hasan was very friendly receptionist, always with a smile on his face, told us what is the best way to get to Venice. If ever again in Venice, we are definitely staying here again!

Past reviews mentioned odor and cleanliness issues, but those have been completely resolved — the place was spotless and there was absolutely no unpleasant smell. The bath towels were fluffy and comfortable. The refrigerator was large, and the kitchen appliances such as the oven worked perfectly. The shower had strong hot water pressure as well. I used an inward-facing room (not facing the road) as my bedroom, so I hardly notice any noise. I didn’t have a car, but there was a bus stop right in front of the property, making it easy to take the bus to supermarkets and other places for shopping.
