This is little paradise! The apartment is beautifully situated, between fruit trees on the slope of a hill. The views are gorgeous! Giada and Fulvio are amazing hosts!! breakfast (even glutenfree) was really delicious, the best you will ever find in Italy. Perfect base for discovering the wild beauty of Friuli. Forget Tuscany, ignore Puglia, don’t even think about the Marche, but go to Buja instead. We stayed one week, but we wished we would have booked one month.

When you are in Gemona go there! The owners are extremely kind and helpful and the rooms are just recently renovated. All the electronics were high end and the bathroom was super clean and pretty. The breakfast is very nice and the B&B owners offer Apple Juice and Apple Marmelade from their own plantation.

We felt very welcome, we were late for check in but Erika was flexible and waited for us. Erika was an excellent host, the property is super clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is completely new. There was some surprise food for us in the fridge :) so nice. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, it will definitely be our go to accommodation.

The rooms are great, there are some snacks for breakfast and a coffee machine in each apartment. It was all very comfortable and clean, the host was also very friendly and the communication was perfect. The location is perfect, we could also park the car right in front.

A feel of a well run and proudly run family albergio. Great value for money. Good wifi and aircon. Easy check-in. Excellent evening meal in their restaurant and a great breakfast, including eggs! Good bike storage for the FVG3 route.

I visited the same appartement at beginning of may this year! It was so wonderful, that I did it once again with my wife. Best breakfast in the nice Secret garden! We celebrated our 28th anniversary, sitting and enjoing it betwenn the trees in the garden. Lovely place to stay. I can recommend it very well.

    Very well-equipped large apartment, new or recently renovated. Clean bathroom with a shower. A large kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities. Fridge fiiled with some bottles of cold mineral water (it was more than 30oC outside, when we arrived). Breakfast in a beautiful garden under a plum tree. Very nice hosts. Fast contact by email.     Wonderfull hotel, big apartment with 2 rooms. Well equiped, everything what you need for stay. Apartment was clean, personel so nice and ready to help you. Bathroom big and clean, with towels and all shower and shampoo needs. Wi-fi is fast, TV with big amount of channels. Parking is big and free and safe. Recomend for stay in this area.

    A stylish and all around lovely little hotel in the small town of Buia, not far from the E55 motorway. We arrived late after a long drive but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room had air conditioning and everything else necessary for a comfortable stay. Free parking space is available on the hotel property. Good breakfast. We felt welcomed and would gladly stay here again.
