This is a truly amazing place - a real hidden gem. The hotel is masterfully restored by the most wonderful owners, who even treated us to eggs with truffles picked by themselves. We travel a lot and have lived in many hotels but this was by far one of the best experiences, even without considering the value for money. Also, the town is really nice and practically empty from tourists. We will definitely return.

Our stay at Casa Taro was great. The amenities were top-notch, and the beds were comfortable. The host was fantastic—very welcoming and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, adding to the overall charm of the place. We particularly loved the delicious breakfast, especially local cakes and pies, which was a real treat! We highly recommend this B&B for anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing escape.

1. The hospitality, attention, eye for detail and taste of Anne, the kind landlady. She has provided everything for a lavish breakfast, plus a fridge full of drinks and food. 2. The B&B apartment as such, both the location and the interior: a quiet street, with parking in front of the apartment, at the backside a splendid view on the garden below, the mountains and the towers of the Piazza part of Mondovi.
