This is such a lovely place. A sanctuary from Rome. The staff are very friendly and very helpful - always smiling and ready to answer one's questions. The room was just fantastic and so spacious with an excellent service.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and there’s everything you need. Gayan is an excellent host and he helped us with everything. The position is perfect if you are staying for a concert at Stadio Olimpico and the neighborhood is very silent and pleasant.

Welcoming and attentive owner with very comfortable apartment. Both bedrooms are equipped with AC which was highly appreciated with the summer months in Rome We had an excellent communication from the booking stage, and we felt very welcomed from that point onwards. We happen to be so lucky that they made the apartment ready for the early check in ( obviously this is subject to the availability plus the comittment and effort of the owner to prepare the apartment in time), not just leaving the car parked but also apartment to be available as well. This was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Same hospitality applied for the check out day to leave the car remain parked at private parking after the check out time. This made us to enjoy Rome without worrying about the parking space in the city centre after the check-out time. Such place is really rare to find. Not to be missed. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment with two bedrooms and comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen (you can practically cook anything you want) with coffee machine and coffee provided (small thing but makes your day better 😀), bathroom was clean, everybody had a set of towels. Heating and airco was available as well. Communicative, helpful and flexible host, location although quite far from the city center, is good as the apartment is very close to train station Ottavia communicated well with the downtown of Rome. A nice pizzeria to-go right next to the train station with good prices (5-6 EUR) as well as a super equipped Conad store.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation. I came with two friends, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. Our hosts were absolutely lovely; both the host and his wife went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The space itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a peaceful retreat. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into every detail. On top of that, they gave us fantastic suggestions on where to eat, what local dishes to try, and tips to really enjoy the area like a local. Their hospitality made a huge difference in our trip such that it felt less like staying in a rental and more like visiting family. Truly an amazing experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very quiet and clean and lovely place to stay. It's very close to the bus station, there is an open self-bar breakfast 24h free, it is very clean and the structure is stone built in old and lovely fashion way. The personnel is extremly friendly and helpful! We enjoied ourselves here, very much! A big Thank You for tge team!

The outdoor pool was just the best. It was kept clean and we enjoyed a lot the privacy of the pool area. The host family was very friendly for us and kindly gave us rides to the train station or supermarket when needed. Gym was definitely a big plus.

Beautiful location just outside the city center. The Villa is very nice and the owners are super helpful and kind. Good breakfast and a super nice bakery is 15 minutes walking! The owners are so nice that they have also driven us to the University site.
