Nice and clean room very comfortable great location for the northern lights Only downside to our stay was the shared kitchen when the only night we cooked for ourselves there wasn't any clean crockery as the dishwasher was stacked up and hadn't been put on cycle so had to was dishes before we could cook

Unique property, really warm and cosy. Rick the owner is very friendly and looked after us very well. The yurt had everything you would need and the bathroom outside was warm and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delivered to our door at exactly the time we asked and it was amazing, fresh eggs from the owners chickens, warm bread and much more! it was definitely one of our favourite stays in Iceland! Rick gave us very clear directions so it was very easy to find.

The place was very clean, easy to access and located in a calm area close to all attractions of Gloden Circle. It was easy to move in and out. We didn't have a chance to meet the host, but everything was organized perfectly.

By far the best accommodation we were in our trip in Iceland. The location is so remote that you can enjoy the quiet and peace. Susanna the owner is really nice and helpful. There is a kitchen to share with the other two cabins that has literally everything and the hot tub was amazing. They have two adorable doggies :) :)

The house is directly next to the Golden Circle, so a really good place to stay. You don't notice the road though. It is a very cozy house, nicely furnitured and very comfy. The key was in a lockbox. We had to extend our stay because on the day we wanted to leave the roads were not passable, luckily it was possible and the handling was easy. We also got lucky, it's a great place to watch Northern Lights. Also it was a new experience to sit in the middle of winter in a Hot Tub on a terrace and enjoy the snowy landscape.

The self-service check in was very smooth and the instructions sent by the owner explained everything clearly. The room and facilities were clean and the atmosphere is very homey.     I was a bit sceptical when I found quite a few critical reviews. In the end, I booked a bed in the biggest dorm with 8 beds, of which only 2 were used that night. + The location is pretty good. + The bed was decent. It was not a very comfortable one but it was okay for the night + Bathrooms were clean + Kitchen was clean + Place was very quiet + Shades in bedroom worked well with the sun always being up in August + Free parking in front of the house + Price (40€ for one night) was okay for Iceland

    Friendly staff, pretty cool location on the river, and were helpful with everything we needed with our baby. Also, there's a place selling fried hot dogs out in the parking lot which was rad.

    The location is a horse farm, 6km from Selfoss town. Easy to find. The collection of buildings and rooms is neat and smart. My single room was small but quite suitable. There was a small refrigerator in it.The bathroom immediately next door had a heated towel rail so rinsed clothes dried quickly. The common kitchen area was pleasant and well equipped, although some pots/pans didn't suit the induction cooking top. Lots of car parking.

    A pleasant hotel in a good location to stay for a night during our touring trip. Modern, clean and comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff and a decent selection of food for breakfast. We enjoyed it. Free parking in the car park(which was full when we arrived), and on the road at the front. An easy walk to see the river and the interestingly renovated town centre. We ate at nearby Tryggvaskali Restaurant on the evening. It was superb!
