It's a very peaceful location and the owner is very friendly, he is an official tour guide. He has a very good knowledge of local area and of Kerala. We were served with a very good breakfast+ we requested for fresh mangoes, jackfruit etc. The host was very happy to share with us the fruits from his garden. They have AC all the time, which is a must in Kochi especially in summers. They even have a well equipped kitchen which you can use to cook as well as bake. Overall we had a great stay, highly recommended.

The staff were really good and took care of all of our concerns promptly. The property was exceptionally clean and hygienic. They asked our flight timings and did ask us to stay an extra hour at no cost so that we do not face any inconvenience. Every second spent there was worth every penny.

    Apartment has all basic necessities for a long stay. We had a patient at AsterMedcity. So the location was ideal. The staff is nice and friendly. Safe for family and solo travelers. Car parking available. Would like to come back in the future too.
