Excellent experience. Every person is very welcoming and helpful. They had a better room available and upgraded us with no charge. We also were able to check in earlier. We have been always treated as the most desired guests. Location is great, close to everything. They have all this tiny things available in the room, from slippers to shaving kit. Breakfast is great with Indian and European options. They also helped us to book our ride to the mountains. We definitely visit this hotel again, the service is exceptional.

Fantastic apartment. Very clean and comfortable, slept really well. Aniket was really lovely and helpful. Only stayed for one night on our way to Darjeeling but would happily stay for longer.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed me with their exceptional service and attention to detail. They accommodated an early check-in with a smile, allowing me to settle in. The room was not only spotless but also boasted excellent WiFi, a crucial amenity for me. Thanks to this, I could relax and enjoy Netflix on my laptop after a day of travelling to get to Siliguri. But what truly set this hotel apart was their extraordinary support during my travels around the northeast on a motorbike. They graciously allowed me to leave my main luggage with them and even took care of a load of laundry for me. This level of service is rare and genuinely appreciated by any traveler who knows the value of traveling light and clean. Upon my return, they went above and beyond by offering me a room to freshen up in before my next leg of the journey. This thoughtful gesture was the cherry on top of an already fantastic stay. My Verdict: 10/10 - I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone, from any country, looking for a place that feels like home away from home. Their dedication to guest comfort and satisfaction is unparalleled, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers.
