The behaviour of staff was exceptional especially Susmitha from reception helped a lot,We came there for our daughters admission to a college nearby she supported even with introduction of some other guests who came for same purpose which supported a lot during the process She seems to be a real asset for the organisation as we came back almost 3 times same place Also Balram from F& B was really great in making us comfortable with the foods adapting to children needs Also Mayuri from admin Team and Neha from F& B were very supportive

The facility of the hotel as well as the staff were way out my expectation and the are well kind, the location of this hotel is very near to narayana hrudayalaya Bangalore, You are safe in this hotel, U Can visit any time and u are safe in stay, The transportation for hospital is very good when ever u want call to driver they will drop and pick from hospital with in 5 to 10 mts. And emergency service is 24x7. It was a pleasure to visit during my stay, I was coming to narayana hrudayalaya many years I stayed in 5 to 10 hotels near this place but this time I found a very good hotel SGR Luxury homes. Cleaning is 5 star House keeping 5 Star Satf 5 star Over all my stay is very good.
