Monika and her mum Norma couldn't be more helpful. They were exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. Monica even dropped us in town one evening as we didn't feel like walking. Norma is very knowledgeable of places and great with any directions. Accommodation was comfortable and warm with everything we needed. Breakfast is exceptionally good. Fabulous gem in Cobh. We rented the whole guesthouse (for 8 people in 6 rooms) for the price of a couple of rooms in a hotel. Walking distance from the town centre and lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. We'll be back!

    Lovely friendly staff have no bad words to say about our stay, parking directly opposite is ideal, lovely views Also if going on Google maps make sure you type in The Bosun Monkstown as maps first option was a place in the Center of Cork City ( the bosun monkstone ) !!

    Location and parking are great. The room was well equipped, and the view out over the bay was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food in the bar was excellent. Always get the breakfast that's really quick and tasty.

    Great location. We liked the fact that there was adjacent restaurant which was very good. Free parking. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean. Lift very useful as we were on 3rd floor. Great breakfast.
