What a stunning location, ocean views from atop a hill looking down on rolling green fields and the Atlantic Ocean below, with Bantry nestled in the distance. Wonderful hosts and accommodation at a converted farmhouse that is steeped in family history and character (one beautiful table in the dining area is polished dark wood over two hundred years old). The rooms are spotless and the bed was really comfortable. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean and wind (way better than the Spotify soundscapes) and then could get up before brekky and take a walk down a path to view the coast. Brekky was delicious. You couldn’t ask for more welcoming hosts. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Right in the main street, walking distance to all cafeteria,pubs, restaurants or boats. Street Parking spaces outside aswell. Bed was wider than I expected. So enough space to sleep. Had coffee available in the kitchen cabinet. Which was nice to save me money before my long drive in the morning. Very responsive to text aswell.

We stayed in the town, stay above a shop. We chose the place because of our trip itinerary in surrounding areas. Lovely leisurely walks to have a drink or meal/ explored the old town and the bay. We feel like stepping back in time living in the old town.

A very warm welcome and room was clean with a sea view over the estuary. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very excellent. Good location for exploring the peninsula and had off road parking for guests.

Beautiful place to stay , best nights sleep 💤 for ages. So peaceful with stunning views. Secure parking as we were on a bike at the rear of the property. Owners and family are so accomadating, friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast all home cooked.
