After arriving back at the airport, I realized I'd left an item in my room. I told the shuttle driver John and he told me to stay where I was. He then raced back to the hotel and brought me the item I'd forgotten, with a big smile on his face. He's a gem.

Wonderful staff. From the airport shuttle bus drivers, to the reception personel, kittyhawk bar and rooftop runway 28 team. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and they made our stay better. Hotel it self is also exceptional, clean and comfortable. Top level. Would recommend to everyone.

    Breakfast was disappointing! Plates were cold, hot food wasn’t very hot and had been sitting out , however I asked Diane from Mexico about croissants and she first of all said they didn’t have any then she brought me two gorgeous perfectly warmed croissants to the table. Free parking and also secure parking with electric gates!
