This is a genuine Irish cottage/home, thoughtfully restored and cared for and in a beautiful location - quiet, scenic and with stunning beaches on your doorstep. We were made feel very welcome, thanks to Harry and his wife who are close by -we enjoyed the chance to learn a bit about the local area and the history of the cottage. We loved the character of the cottage and the fact that it was really well furnished with everything you could need (plenty of kitchen ware for family dining, extra bedding, books, games with interest for all ages ) - we were three generations in one family group and we all had a very happy, peaceful and relaxing holiday. We loved it and hope to return! Almost forgot to say thanks for the turf which ensured we had a very homely fire in the evening.

Close to LetterKenny and the Glenveagh National Park, there are also a few pubs and restaurants about 9 minutes away. Parking available outside the house and beautiful drive in the area.

The setting of the site was fabulous with views from each pod , it was private and peaceful. Helen was fab host and was responsive and couldn’t do enough , nothing was a problem . Highly recommend this place

The four of us absolutely loved our stay and all wished we could have stayed for longer. We definitely hope to return. This is a beautiful property finished to an exceptionally high standard with stunning views. The location is second to none. The sea is literally lapping up below the balcony, and that is the sound you fall asleep to every night. I spent lots of time on the balcony with my baby in his paddling pool. The balcony gets the sun from early morning to the evening time. Heaven!

Clean, well kept, everything we needed. Lovely comfortable bed. Hot tub an added bonus. Dog friendly which is why we were there. Would recommend to anyone. Had a very relaxing time and the weather was perfect, no rain and little wind. Hard to believe for Donegal but such a lovely break away. Thanks.
