We couldn’t have met a nicer host than Sandy . We received a message prior to our arrival asking what time we hoped to arrive . This was so the heating was on and the apartment were lovely and warm when we arrived ! There was a tray of scones sitting on the kitchen table , brown soda bread , brown bread , lovely Tayto crisps and fresh fruit . It’s not too often you get that on arrival . Very much appreciated . Very easy assessing the building with our key code , very clean apartment and bedrooms were very clean and comfortable . A lovely location near the main road . Overall A perfect host and property .

We had problems with our ferry crossing which meant we did not arrive until early morning. Katie made sure we had breakfast and kept a room for us with a late checkout so we could get some sleep.

Accommodation was a stand alone cabin in back of property with parking right in front. This was a cute little self contained cottage run by a friendly host that was knowledgeable of the area. Location was convenient for our travels. Nice grounds to sit and relax.

Absolutely gorgeous little cottage. Spotlessly clean , wish we’d been in summer as the newly laid garden & shrubs would be the perfect place to sit with a cuppa! Everything there that you could want. Lots of lovely little personal touches like doggy treats , hot water bottles & the just came in before we arrived and had the fire burning away! We came in a wagon and Angela & her husband organised safe parking for us. They couldn’t do enough for us

The entire house was charming. We particularly adored the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. It was incredibly peaceful. We had a delightful neighbourhood with friendly horses and lovely cows. Our dog enjoyed it so much. The sky was beautifully starry.

    Huge rooms, and vast bathroom, very comfortable beds and extremely quiet. Cozy bar, seperate dining area where you can bring your dog. Excellent food, chef is top notch. Huge choice for breakfast. Staff are very dog friendly, and there is plenty of grassed area. Plenty of car parking space.

    Everything good. Staff very helpful. Food was very good indeed. The early breakfast put out for us before our 6am departure to ferry very much appreciated. The adequate and secure car park was appreciated and thank goodness the barrier worked to allow us out.
