The house is in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing location, perfect for a family: children may play in the garden, where there are four nice colorful hammocks, some nice trees, a rooster and two hens. In the garden, close to the kitchen, there is also a nice wide patio where you can have breakfast and relax on a sofa. I was positively surprised by the care that the owner placed in all the details: the house was decorated with several nice little statues of frogs and a big nice frog was painted at the entrance of the house. No need of air conditioning, as - though we stayed there in mid August - in the house we could enjoy a good temperature and a bit of wind. The house was equipped with any comfort, a perfect mix between the comfort of a hotel (bathrobes, shampoos, bedroom slippers, etc.) and the comfort of a house (kitchen tools, washing machine detergent, etc.). Everything was clean and new. Walking just five-ten minutes we could get to small supermarkets and to the bus line that connects the port and several beaches. I strongly recommend it.

It was a very nice stay and great apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, plus the living room area. It was very clean and we had no problems or comments on this front :) The place is practically new and you have what you need for both shorter and longer stays. It doesn't have a large cooking area, but you have 2 electric stoves (no oven). It is not a large area, so maybe a little impractical if you want to cook most of the time or plan on making larger meals/ dishes. For us it was enough for breakfast (lunch and dinner were on the go/ in the towns). It has a nice outside lounge area, it is very green all around and also quiet and peaceful (which we liked very much). The house is on a bit of a hill, and the drive up to the parking is a little steep (but even with our old car it was manageable :)) You also have then another short climb up to the house/ rooms, so just be aware of this. The location is also close to restaurants, supermarkets and a nice bakery/ coffee place. This is where we got our daily coffee (plus the exercise to and from in the morning). Also very close are the public bus stations and you have a bit of a walk to the Troulos beach (15 min). We used our car daily to get around to the beaches, which is very convenient on this western side of the island (very nice beaches all around), but there were also many buses which we see stopping next to all of the beaches up to Koukounaries (and a short walk to Agia Eleni).

Our stay at Amfiliki was truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. The property is recently renovated, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean, with great attention to detail. The room was very comfortable, and the sea view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking — we enjoyed our morning coffee there every day in complete tranquility. The location is ideal: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the bus stop, which made getting around the island very easy, even without a car. Another highlight was the restaurant located on-site. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptionally polite and attentive. We felt genuinely cared for, with just the right balance of professionalism and warmth. This is a place that combines comfort, beauty, and a welcoming atmosphere, and we would be delighted to return in the future. We highly recommend it!

We had an amazing week on the island and it is greatly due to this wonderful place. Special thanks to Yanis and Dimitri - your kindness made our stay very special and made us feel home! Great view from the hotel, nice pools, great pool bar and restaurant. The food (and coffee) served is one of the best we had on the island. And it is very well located/connected with a direct access to a nice beach, a taxi boat to drive you to the port of Skiathos and buses (bus stop 9) to bring you to all beaches of the island.

Absolutely loved Salty Wave, run by the nicest family. Room finish is of a very high standard , something you would expect in a ultra modern hotel. Breakfast was delicious every day. We would definately recommend and will be back.

    We spent a great holiday at Yiannis Studios! The place is quiet, clean, it has parking, the room is big with TV, fridge and mini kitchen. You are super close to Troulos beach where there are several restaurants and a supermarket. Also, the accommodation is near the bus station and this makes a good connection if you want to go all over the island. The owners are very nice and we really felt like home. We will definitely come back next time for our holiday in Skiathos at Yiannis Studios!

    Hotel in a great location, only a couple of minutes from the beach and various bars / restaurants. Staff were amazing and breakfast was varied and very good quality. Parking was easy and view from balcony was lovely. The bus stop into Skiathos Town was just outside the hotel.

    The lady who welcomed us was ver helpful, if I needed anything, she helped me. The beds were comfortable, we were 3, so tere was one extra bed, this was no as comfortable as the normal ones. Quite well equiped kitchen, free parking, balcony. Beach only across the street. Lovely holiday.
