I recently stayed at Eleven Boutique Suites and had an amazing time. The hotel is very small, which made it very quiet and relaxing. The owner was incredibly helpful and always made sure I had everything I needed. The facilities were great, and the sea view was absolutely perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the food at the restaurant. It was some of the most delicious food I've ever had! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay on Crete Island. The combination of great facilities, stunning views, and fantastic food make it a truly special place to stay.

We feeled very welcome and comfortable on our 10 days stay. The breakfast was really good and selfmade. Cooking is possible but we found a lot of nice restaurants in no more then 15min drive. You can go swimming or do fitness. You can even do some boxing there. The owners are really lovely and caring. Definitely an amazing place to be.

We arrived a few minutes before chek in time. The staff wellcomed us and made everything easy for us and felt like home. The Villa is super new and spotless. Got great advice for restaurants in the area. Awesome local food in a walking distance from the property. Overall, it was the perfect stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! Its location is perfect, just a short distance from the heart of Rethymno, making it very convenient to explore the city while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The outdoor area is simply stunning, with a beautiful bio garden full of fresh vegetables—such a unique and enjoyable feature. Inside the villa, everything is well thought out and fully equipped with all the necessities, making it a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. One of the standout aspects is the serene and calm atmosphere, perfect for those looking to unwind. The hosts were incredible—extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond, even cooking for us, and I highly recommend trying the breakfast. It was excellent, with fresh and delicious ingredients. Whether you’re a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family with children, this villa is ideal, with plenty of spaces for kids to play. Overall, I highly recommend staying here—an amazing experience in every way!

- from the moment you arrive, until the moment you leave, the staff make you feel like a VIP and the luxurious, tastefully decorated surroundings contribute to that feeling; - you are always greeted with a smile, which prompted the question: who smiles all the time without faking it? I certainly couldn't do it on a daily basis for a few months in a row; the fact is that Cretans seem to have a hospitality sense far above your average human and in many instances I could feel that their smiles and positive energy came from the heart and not from the job description; shoutout to LITSA, SOULA, CONSTANTINA and VASILIKI who made us feel at home and cared for; - restaurant/staff managers were always there, working with the team, lending them a hand and making sure the service stays high quality, which speaks volumes in terms of leadership standards; shoutout to ALEX, manager of the lunch bar, and his colleague, the manager of the restaurant, for all the pleasant interactions and for all their hard work; - three impeccable professionals handling the kid's club: MENY, MARIA and ELIZABETH kept the kids entertained the whole day long and even took them to lunch (which is included for the kids); - great functional and TRX training circuits lead by KARINA; - the room we had (located in the main building with private garden) was large, superbly furnished and provided quick access through its garden directly to the pool area, but also to the private beach (sunbeds and towels included); - impeccable room cleaning service, no compromises whatsoever; - high quality evening entertainment: tenors, violin, quality live music, not loud, but gentle and cultivated, up until 22 P.M., after which - silence, which was greatly appreciated, as it allowed everyone to rest; - rich and delicious breakfast and dinner buffets with tasty egg specials every morning; - great salt water pool; - you could always find unoccupied sunbeds at the beach and pool irrespective of the time of day;

    We rented Villa Nikos and I can say that was the perfect place to spend our one week vacation with friends. The house is sooo beautiful and has pretty much everything you need for your stay. The pool was fantastic, well maintained and the view from the house was stunning. Also, there was a free parking lot in front of the house. The owner was friendly and helpful, thank you Stamatis! (also, thank you for the welcome pack) Definitely was a perfect choice for our holiday.

    Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, and everything was constantly filled. Breakfast was by the poolside, with view on the sea. The apartment was spacy, with a separate master bedroom and a little kitchenette. The car park was covered, which was a bonus with the heat.

    Lovely seaside location with friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast was included. Lovely pool. Nice, comfortable resort which was very quiet. Ample parking. Easy check in and check out. The recommendation for the nearby restaurant was spot on- food was fabulous.

    The sea view from balcony is fantastic. The breakfast is fresh: sandwiches, fried zucchini, salads, eggs, fruits, sweets. They do not have cheese ( e.g.feta or creamy cheese), only a slice of yellow cheese. The pool for kids is perfect as well as the playground. The beach is rocky. The parking has a lot of spots. Overall, we will definitely come back!

    Design concept room, big and clean with everything new inside. Great assorted breakfast, served at the hotel's taverna with a nice view over the private beach and the sea. Big parking lot. For a good mobility in the area and for going to Rethimno center it's recommended to have a car. Tip: It is a nice road to Matala beach that goes through old villages and olive plantations. From the accomodation just go South straight over the mountains. Value for money accomodation.
