My vacation at the hotel was incredible. The staff was most welcoming and helpful, the pools were clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the food was great for breakfast and dinner. We got a free upgrade for the room and we had a wonderful time in our private Jacuzzi. Overall we had a lovely experience and a great vacation at the hotel.

We just got back from our vacation and couldn’t wait to write a review about this amazing place! Only the most pleasant emotions — both from the place itself and the wonderful hotel owner! Our room had a stunning sea view, a private terrace with hammocks, it was clean, beautiful, and had panoramic views of the sea. Huge thanks for the bed, mattress, and pillows — 10/10, we slept like babies! The room had EVERYTHING you might need — from a hairdryer to an iron. It’s an 8-minute walk to the center and the beach, with shops right next to the hotel! There’s also a fantastic spot near the beach and the hotel where you can enjoy a meal with a beautiful view — with a discount from the hotel! (Gyroscopio) An excellent owner who’s ready to help you at any time — check-in and check-out were arranged just for us. We were also welcomed with a lovely surprise — wine and fruit upon arrival! We will definitely be coming back!!! Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

From the moment we arrived we were surprised by the tranquility and the beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and modernly decorated. With renovated bathrooms. Good location and good facilities. Lovely room very comfortable beds. Very clean creating a pleasant and healthy environment. Good value for money. A 5-minute walk from the port, restaurants and shops. Sophia is always friendly, always smiling, always helpful, a fact that greatly enhanced our stay. I love Crete and now I have a hotel that I will definitely visit again.

    It was so convenient to the sea, shops and restaurants. The view was sensational and it was so quiet and peaceful. The staff were so friendly. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I was given a surprise voucher to the spa by my family which was so lovely and the spa staff made it a truly wonderful experience. The free drink at the bar as a thank you for choosing the hotel was a nice touch and we both enjoyed a mojito. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was delicious with a constant offer of coffee. A perfect start to the day.

    The room was quite large , since i had booked it a few hrs before , i had no much choices , the pool was clean, overcrowded , Front office was nice, but moving to another room for 5 hrs before check out , i guess its not worth it , but they allowed us to stay till 16.00 . parking was available if you could find it , 4 x 500ml bottles were available everyday , except day 1 , greek yoghurt for breakfast .

    The location was perfect for us. Incredibly quiet area and excellent view. Also, the hosts were very discreate! It is located only 3 minutes by car from the Sisi harbor and it was very comfy the fact that every night we didn't need to search for parking as one is provided by the house.

    Top choice for the money. All important features like private car parking, spacy room, quite area, close to the old town, friendly staff, pool, cocktails near the pool, cleaning each day, balcony. Plateau de Lassithi could be reached in 20min with car.
