Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We stayed two times and the second was even better than the first. Staff is amazing, kind and caring. Room way spacious. If you leave for a day or two to explore other parts of Georgia, they store your luggage and let you park your car in front of the hotel so you don't have to worry about it.

If you are looking for a relaxation place to stay in Kutaisi, this is the place. The view is amazing. The hotel is clean and yummy breakfast. It's walking distance only from Bagrati Cathedral which is a must see while you're in Kutaisi. They offer tours in a reasonable price as well. Olegi from the hotel made my visit worthwhile and accompanied made to the must see places while on the way to capital. I highly recommend this hotel so I'm giving it 5 stars 🌟 🤩

Absolutely great place. New hotel, very clean and light. Very helpful staff. the room was just perfect- well equipped , spacious woth balcony, big amd comfortable bed, bathroom is brightly clean. There were hotel slippers, bathrobes and even toothbrushes woth tooth paste. There is a fridge, a small stove and a well worked AC. There was no kitchenware such as glasses or wine opener. But there is a big kitchen on the first floor where you can find whatever you want and even buy wine or beer. So, I will be back for sure.
