Great people! Super friendly, helpful and open. They welcomed us and treated like a part of the family. They are also helping to arrange excursions around. Breakfast are good. The whole object is clean and nice. It's not far away from some groceries and ATM We will definitely get there back :)

Stayed at Garden rooms for one week and everything was perfect. Rooms look very new, equipped with glasses, coffee cups, spoons, plates, different types of coffee, tea and everything what i need for my stay. Definitely will come back, if I visit Kutaisi again.

The owners just opened a few months ago and our room was very comfortable, with a stunning view of the city down below. We loved hanging out on the big balcony watching the sunset. The fresh cooked breakfast by the owner was also really good, with meat, cheese, eggs, vegetables, etc. It is also maybe a 10 minute walk below to the center. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I recently stayed at this incredible hotel for our honeymoon, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The location was unbeatable - just 50 meters from the stunning Colchis Fountain. We were able to take a romantic stroll around the fountain, enjoying the beautiful views and each other's company. But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon trip unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of amazing Georgian wine, which was the perfect touch to start our celebration. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We can't recommend this hotel enough, especially for couples celebrating a special occasion. The combination of its prime location, outstanding service, and warm hospitality makes it a true gem in the heart of the city. *Highly Recommended!*

Very clean room and bathroom. Air conditioning and heater. Kitchen very well equipped, new large fridge. Before arrival the owner sends photos with detailed directions. Owner - wonderful, very helpful girl. When I asked about the bus to the airport, she personally went to the bus stop to check the current timetable.
