Very clean and well equipped for our overnight stay even had tea coffee sugar , milk and a bottle of water lovely touch! We were able to park our motorbike right outside the property. Very private small house not overlooked by anything or anyone. A lot of love and pride has gone into the house. Although we never met the owners instructions were clear and they were easy reachable

Tina the host was excellent. Supermarkets were walking distance which made it easy to get food and drink. Hot tub was nice. The house was nice and warm and the beds were comfortable.

    I liked everything about this apartment! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Also provided coffee and milk which was a nice surprise. Location is great as Bath is only a 20 min drive and few shops around the area. Parking isn’t an issue as there is a car park just down the road.

    Communication with Mark was pleasant and the apartment was easy to find. Parking was not really a problem as there is a cheap pay and display car park just 2 minutes away. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed.

    My second stay here, staff lovely £60 with great cooked breakfast huge car park Walked to railway station £9.50 return into bath spa I visited for the Bath Christmas market, same night nothing in city under £200 with extra for breakfast snd extra for parking Last visit friends and I used outside tables, this time ❄️❄️ we sat in a lounge area to have after dinner drinks It’s such a huge place and the staff always accommodate

    I loved this place. It reminded me of a stately home. Yes - it needs a bit of work - but this is reflected in the price of your stay. To have access to a swimming pool and a fried breakfast - I thought it was great! We had secure parking for our bikes - so slept really well.
